It's not easy choosing green........
I'm not sure if you can help me by looking at these pictures or not (click on them to make them bigger) but I need help choosing a green for Katie's bedroom. As you can tell, I'm trying to go with one that matches the green butterfly. It is a very bright green and I'm not sure I'd want the walls to be that bright. I've included a picture of her kitchen so you can that it has green in it too.

I get so overwhelmed looking at paint colors at DIY stores. I now go to Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn and go through their smaller selection of cool colors..then I go to Frazee paint and match them up! Don't know if Frazee is out there, but they have the best paint in my opinion.....only one coat does it!! I would not worry about matching the green in the spread....whatever you choose will blend and look great. That room is going to be a gem!!
I like the one on the top of the card (it's a four color card) right next to the bottom tip of the right wing - and yes, a single coat would probably give the effect without being too overwhelming!
It is so hard to pick colors. We just painted nearly every room in the house we bought when we moved. I like the color right above the butterfly. The card only has two colors and I like the top one that is a little lighter. Of course I am just going on the picture. I would definitely go with one of the lighter greens. As long as it is in the same color scheme it should be great. I have no doubt the room will be beautiful!!
Green can be very bright, even if you pick a subtle green so err on the softer paler side. My room growing up was 2 tones of green and they are a bit festive looking when I go back home now, and it wasn't even intended to be so bright. I'm sure whatever you pick out will be fun and make the room just perfect! I love the bedding!
hey, friend! OK---you need to email me so we can get you your prize! :) You were cracking me up with the Amazon thing!!

You can take the comforter to the paint store and ask them to match the butterfly! My sister did that with her baby bedding and it turned out beautifully!
Why do they even mess with paint chips? They are too small to really be worth anything.
Stranger votes third from right on bottom.
Third color from bottom of chip or fourth if you are scared, but it would turn out great. I love to paint!
I like the colors on the 4-color card to the right of the butterfly (closest one to it). I would go with the 2nd color on the card, but any would work I think. Seeing how brave you were in Gracie's room, you would think that green would be easy for you!
