Happy Birthday, Gracie Madelyn!

Happy 7th birthday to our sweet girl, Gracie Madelyn!

Gracie,

I love you and am so proud of the young lady you are becoming! I love the way you want to follow the rules and do what's right. Of course, being 7 years old you don't always make all the right choices but you have the desire to do the right thing and that is important. I love the sincere way you ask questions and desire to know the answers-especially about God, Jesus & the Bible. I love to watch you read and draw. I love watching you love school! I love hearing you & Katie play together and knowing that you will always be sisters and what a gift that is to both of you. I love thinking about the kind of woman you will grow up to be. I love to spend time with you and I feel so blessed that God chose me to be your Mommy!
I love you!
Mommy

I love that horse cake!! AWESOME!

I am catching up and reading about the "output" problems. Have you tried probiotic acidophilus capsules? They help to build up the good and normal bacteria present in the colon. Often, antibiotics kill the good stuff too resulting in "output" problems. I give my girls 2 caps a day(morning and evening) if they take an antibiotic. We hardly ever take antibiotics-but when we do, we are prepared!

Hope things are firming up soon!!

The acidophilus mentioned in the comment above also comes in chewable tablets. We get "strawberry" flovored ones from GNC. Also yogurt can be very beneficial at times like those.

Not sure if you remember me from the few times I attended the playgroup in Aiken. I just wanted to let you know that if your girls would like to go see some real live little horses, my mom has a miniature horse farm that always welcomes visitors. Several daycares and the Aiken Homeschool group have gone there for field trips. Here's her website:

I'm behind in reading, too! Plus, when you changed your address, I forgot to update it in my Google Reader. But I've got you back in there now!

So, a very late Happy Birthday to Gracie!!!
