Nice Matters!

"This award is for those bloggers who are nice people; good blog friends and those who inspire good feelings and inspiration. Also for those who are a positive influence on our blogging world. Once you’ve been awarded please pass it on to 7 others who you feel are deserving of this award."
Thank you to Betty & Janice who gave me the above award! That was very nice & I appreciate it! I am now passing it along to 7 others, although many more deserve it. Betty & Janice are, of course, honorary recipients of this award from me.
1.) Mary Beth-read my previous blog to see some of why she deserves this
2.) Kim-she just seems like such a sweet friend, wife & mother
3.) Tracy-her boys are lucky to have such a cool mom; I hope to run into her at an ACU reunion someday!
4.) Mandy-the love she has for her girls is precious; like Tracy, I hope to run into her at ACU someday
5.) Jaime-she is such a cool person and someone I really respect & admire; most of what you read on the blog is written by her husband but she does occasionally submit something; she is very accepting of people of who they are while still standing up for what's right
6.) Jenna-I love reading about her adventures with her boys; her love for them is evident
7.) Hope-I met Hope a long time ago in cyberspace and have enjoyed keeping up with her ever since. She writes some funny things!

I am truly touched! Thanks for the award! I love reading your blog, it helps me to be a better mother (seriously).

I really love blogs - I knew who you were in college but I don't know if we ever even had a conversation. My loss. I look forward to getting to know you better through your blog.

BTW - you have super cute and sweet girls!

I am still up too! Hannah and Lily's site is heartbreaking and encouraging all at the same time. I love how she still sees beauty and goodness even in her grief - I don't think that I could be that brave.

I graduated ACU in 94 - I think Chris was in my class but I don't remember if you were or not. It has been a while ;-) When did you graduate?

I was a psychology major and a Kojie. I spent the most time with Alison Raney, Becca Burgess, Anna Pope, Mandy Fitch, Sheri Tate, Jennifer Scott. My maiden name was Blankenship. You probably know my sister-in-law, Kristen Smith (maiden name). My husband is Mark but he wasn't in club and he was a business major so you probably did not know him.

Alison married someone who did not go to ACU. His name is Andy but I don't know if you would know him. She had quads last Oct. One of her little ones went home to God a few weeks later. She also has 2 older girls.

Thank you for the award! This is my first one!

I enjoy my tiny corner of the blogging world and am so glad I can make my hectic life amusement for others. I totally intend to laugh about it....one day.

p.s. Hope you are feeling better! We have stomach flu attacking our house right now. Ewww and yuck.

Thanks so much for your encouraging words! I think you are such an awesome mother - and it is evident in the light of your little girls. I'm still holding out for Gracie as a daughter-in-law... but Colt will probably have to wait in line! Oh, and I'm sorry I don't blog more! I'll try to do better;)

Wow I am sooo flattered and honored! Boy do I have you fooled! Just kidding!
Seriously, I had to click on my name for the link because I didn't think it was really for me!
You just made my day!

I have to agree with Jenna-I feel like I am inspired to be a better mother by reading your blog as well. I need to start taking notes so when Adalie is Katie & Gracie's ages she will turn out as sweet and precious as they are!

I need to do this on my blog, too but I have a lot of catching up to do first....whenever that might happen!
