Happy 2nd birthday to our sweet Ellie Hollyn!

Today is our sweet Ellie Hollyn's 2nd birthday! It's hard to believe that it's been 2 years since this precious girl entered the world.

Here are some things about our sweet girl.
*She loves pop tarts.
*She likes to play outside.
*She still likes her pacifier.
*She has buck teeth that cause me to affectionately call her "Beaver Teeth" or "Tow Mater Teeth." Chris doesn't like it when I call her that, but they're really cute right now. They won't last forever I don't suppose. :)
*She has started talking SO much and quite clearly in the last week or so.
*She likes 'pup pups.' (puppies)
*She's a Daddy's girl.
*She likes men more than women and tends to get attached to some more specifically than others. Some of her favorites at church are Mr. Hickey, Mr. David, & Mr. Kevin.
*She comes into the church office with me sometimes where she loves to have Mrs. Belin blow bubbles for her. She also likes playing in Mr. David's office with the baseballs and stuff.
*If you leave a package of wipes out, she WILL empty it.
*She loves "muk." (milk)
*She likes her sissies.
*She moved up to the 2 year old class with no transition problems at all (for her...I was a bit sad)
*She has a special place in her heart for Mrs. Maria, one of her teachers from Friendship School.
*If she sees a picture of Courtney, her friend Jack's mom, she says "Jack!" She completely gets that they go together.
*She likes "Manny." (Handy Manny) and Mickey & Minnie Mouse.
*She likes books.
*She likes balls and is pretty good at throwing them.
*If you start singing "Fuzzy Caterpillar" from Bible Class, she does a pretty good job of doing the motions.
*When someone prays at church, she will often say, "Aaaaamen" after they do.
*When you get out a camera, she says, "Cheeeeeeese!"
*She tans easily like Katie.
*Her hair has stayed curly and is getting really blonde.
*Poor thing struggles with sinus infections and is in the midst of being tested for allergies.

I'm sure there are many more things that characterize sweet Ellie, but these are some of them. We have been blessed with this special little "surprise" of ours! Thank you, God!

Look at that cute little smile!

Gracie & Katie are still out of town, but Chris & I took her to see Toy Story 3 tonight. She sat in a booster seat and ate popcorn til she pretty much got to the bottom of the bag! She did really well watching the movie, too. She got antsy about the last 20 minutes but continued to last til the end. It was a very sweet movie. Good, sweet, & a bit sad.
She got a package from Grammer & Pappy today and enjoyed looking through it. She will be happy to have them come for a visit in about a month.

Chris & I got her a baby doll & stroller which she has thoroughly enjoyed!

One of our favorite babysitters, Anna Beth, came over to stay with her for a few hours this morning and was so sweet to bring her a cake! I must say, it is yummy! That would be why the picture is of only part of the cake! LOL

We will be having a small family party Saturday. Gramps & Gramme will be here since they are bringing Gracie & Katie back home. (yea!) Mike, Erin, & Cullen will be coming to pick up Sara Jane as well so they'll be here. We are hoping a couple of Chris' relatives who also live here in Houston will be joining us as well. She will have a Minnie Mouse cake! :)
