I tried to explain to Gracie why it was so light this morning, as opposed to how dark it was a couple of weeks ago, as we prepared to walk to school.
How sweet that she thinks "they" (whoever "they" may be) just didn't think about the walkers before. They just must have changed the time so we could walk when it was light and not have to use the reflector.
Wow. How nice of "them!" If only the world could be as simple as a 5 year old thinks it is.

We hadn't switched over all of our clocks yet. Matthew woke up at 7 (really 6) and was asking why I wasn't up. I tried to explain while still asleep about DST. I think all that really came out was it is 6. You are just going to have to trust me on this one!
